RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 week agoA. In such cases we usually advised to have a healthy diet plenty of fluids in the diet and along with that you can also take a good lactation supplement like Shatavari powder which you can take three times in the day with warm milk which would be helpful
