#asktheexperts i am mother of twins my children are not taking my milk so how can i naturaly reduce weight

A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk products. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle. Start with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga.
