#asktheexperts i am mother of three month old girl. I am giving formula to her. My milk is not enough to fulfill her need. earluer she was latching my breast but now she is not doing. is it possible to increase breast milk after 3 month or What i can do.

A. hi dear During your baby's first 3 months, breast milk or formula will provide all the nutrition needed. Doctors recommend waiting until your baby is about 6 months old to start solid foods. Some babies may be ready for solids sooner than 6 months, but wait until your baby is at least 4 months old.
