Q.

#asktheexperts i am mother of 4 month old baby girl and looking after her I get very cranky and irritated and all exhausted.... anything to boost energy mentally and physically please let me know

A. You should take multivitamin calcium and iron supplement for six months after delivery I’m good amount of liquid since it is summer season try to maintain hydration by having water you can regularly have buttermilk coconut water lemonade and these things are going to be good have high and protein rich diet which is what is going to be beneficial for you
