#asktheexperts I am in 36th week, my stomach is tight. Is it normal? I am doing 3 exercises duck walk, squats and butterfly 2 times morning and evening. How to make sure to have a full term baby after 38 week.

A. Mam if you’re having this issue please talk to your doctor because I think you can be hitting towards your labour and normal delivery can happen this time also if Baby has set the head because in the right time after entering the ninth month delivery can happen any time it seems to be absolutely alright

A. Hello! If your baby is already on the required side of weight gain and growth, then yes, you are almost ready for delivery. You need to check with your consulting gynaecologist for proper guidance further.
