#asktheexperts I am having twins.Both were premature during birth now they are five months old but they can't hold nack I want to ask is it ok not to hold nack and what could be the right weight for them?

A. hello Dear mum the weight depends upon the birth weight and increases by approximately 500 grams each month till 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breastfeed or formula feed the baby for the initial 6 months of age
