hello Doctor, I am blessed with twins. a boy and a girl. but unfortunately they were premature babies norm at 31 weeks. they both were 1 kg at birth. Now it is 8 months started but still their weight is only 5kg. what shat i do to make them gain proper weight?

A. Hi parent Take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning massage her with the Babyhug massage oil don't use packaged and processed food, maida items use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
