#asktheexperts I am confused when to give solids to my baby he is ready to eat and while we are eating he is picking our food plate can I start solids to my 5 months 8 days baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 days agoA. Namaste Mom, Its the right age to introduce them to weaning foods as such , here first introduce them to liquid consistency foods only once they get comfortable with this you could move to semi solids and mashed foods
