#asktheexperts I am conceive now . This is my fourth month. But still I feel vomiting and could not eat well. My weight is going down as well. What should I do

Vomitting sensation can be there in 1st trimester or sometimes may last for whole pregnancy
For some it may be difficult.
weight gain is generally not seen in 1st trimester. so don't worry
it is normal
Have dry crackers, or rusk in morning. avoid liquids in morning. smell lemon or ginger for relief
