#asktheexperts i am blessed with 10months Twin baby boys.one of the baby weight is 8.5 and the other one is 10.5…..os it ok

If they are active healthy then ok. try to choose weight gain n healthy foods, Avocado 's are healthy and can help in weight gain too. You can give bananas thrice a week and you can also include potato, sweet potatoes, thrice a week, ragi can be given.
