Q.

#asktheexperts i am a mother of 7 month old boy and suffering from cold. what medicine I can take, which is not harmful to him as I am breastfeeding him.

A. take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fevxer as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvemenxt in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

A. Sinarist You can take it twice or thrice in a day depending upon your comfort not more than that this is the safest medicine because this is the medicine in paediatric drops as well available for a child so nothing is going to be safer and better for you when your breast feeding your child
