#asktheexperts I am a mother of 4 months old boy. I am experiencing way too much hair fall. I have almost lost most of my hair during postpartum. What could be done to regain my hair and reduce hairfall

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi you are mother of 4 months old now hair loss is due to inadequate sleep or improper diet and too much stress post delivery.so give massage to scalp with amlond oil and take balance diet include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid stress and take good sleep aswell
