#asktheexperts I am a mother of 1.5yr old baby and doing breastfeeding for him. I haven't get my period for since 3 months (Husband is in abroad so am sure not pregnant). Now I want to get my period. Which tablet is the best to take for periods. Any doctors please help me. Am from Kerala, India.

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal post delivery due to hormonal changes especially while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle
