A. To increase breastmilk supply, it is important that mother consumes certain fresh foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits, brown rice, eggs, fish, legumes, ghee, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
