first ,I would suggest to take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
along with that please maintain good hydration throughout the day which definitely help to purify your skin.
take enough sleep.
you can try natural, homemade face pack or masks which is made up from multani mitti, fruits pulp, or pure aloe vera gel etc
