Q.

#asktheexperts I am 32 years female. I had my DnC in May. since then my periods are irregular. I have been following proper diet and excercise to get them regular. right now my cycle has extended to around 44 days from 30 days. My question is, is 44 days cycle normal? and I am planning to have a second child. what should I do before I plan to conceive?

A. See honestly looking at your age does not seem normal to be after 35 to 38 years of age or maybe 40 years some women can experience the kind of problem you are facing right now but it’s too early I think it is just associated with some disturbance in your hormones you should certainly connect with your doctor because his period cycle doesn’t seem normal
