#asktheexperts i am 31 weeks pregnant now.. I am on 125mcg..my tsh level is 2.373, FT4 is 0.75 is this okay? or shall I consider to increase the dose by 12.5mcg...

A. In second and third trimester of pregnancy, TSH value of less than three or equal to three is good enough. There is no need to increase any further dosage unless your doctor advises

Q. Hello doctor, My baby boy is 6 months old. I have a hypothyroid from last 2 years. Starting I was taking 75 mcg thyronorm tablet, after that 100mcg,125mcg, I took because of high TSH..In pregnancy I took 150mcg thyronorm tablet.
