#asktheexperts I am 15 week pregnant and didn't eat any protein or calcium contain food till now can you suggest my some fruits and vegetables to be eaten

A. You should eat a balanced diet like gave protein in the form of lentils sprouts soya and paneer and seasonal fruits and vegetables should be part of your diet which makes it a balanced diet
