#asktheexperts hy, my son is having a skin allergy, it's not itchy and it's on his boths hands and his back. initially I thought It's a sun burn but it's there for a month now

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for this type of skin rash you will have to apply moisturizing lotion or cream more frequently and you can go for any good brand available in thez market. you can apply the lotion after the child has been given a bath. avoid sunlight without using a sunscreen. see that the child is well hydrated. if it is still not improving after applying moisturizingz baby lotion after 3 to 4 days please visit your doctor. citaphil is one of the good brands you can apply.
