#asktheexperts howbto increase weight in children the most common question to ask I know foods for weightgain

A. that can be potatoes, eggs, soya, ghee in rice.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

A. Make meal time fun with toys Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby

A. hi yes mam,it is most common concern for all mothers. so for Healthy weight gain,here I suggest some food items which you should include in your child diet. potatoes sweet potatoes egg rice different dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc. banana apple avacado different pulses.
