It’s seems it’s been 5 month since your delivery
If normal mode then u can started walking and yoga or some stretches for weight loss but if c sec then weight a month more to begin with physical workout
In diet have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet and reduce wheat, rice in the meal
Start your lunch and dinner with a glass of chia seed of flaxseed water with bowl of salad
Include protein in all three meals like paneer, milk, curd, dal, sprouts, eggs, soya, oats, chicken,fish
Water 2-4 litre everyday
Reduce or restrict the intake of sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, namkeen and fried foods
