AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello mama As ur child is almost 5 Years old, give her healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development. Try to include variety of fruits and vegetables in diet. Make ur child wear loose comfortable clothes in summers. Give Bath daily. indulge in some physical activity also other than studying.
