A. You can regularly do massage with good oil or hand massage as per your comfort and do hot compress on top of that which is what is going to be benefiting and when the child’s appetite will increase automatically the problem is going to reduce and still if you’re facing more of a problem you can consult a lactation specialist

A. Thank you for the response. But doctor my baby is temporarily lactose intolerant when I'm feeding him frequently he's suffering from diarrhea and re d bums. What should I do in this case.

A. Breast engorgement could be due to excessive milk too. Dip a towel in warm water, squeeze the water out and keep the warm towel on your breast. Pump out the milk. Feed frequently. And pumping more and latching the baby more helps in increasing the milk supply as well. If you want, you can use Breast pump for the same.
