SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi you can try jeera water it's very beneficial. You can sue it daily for drinking as well. Instead of water replace with jeera water and you can see the difference. Also make sure to clear your bowels now n then. Take care.
