Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, ragi, rice, dals in your child’s diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary following all covid related protocols. Good luck and take care.
