Q.

#asktheexperts how to minimize the fear of falling down while walking without support. my daughter is getting scared to move her feet without support.

A. the child will learn by itself walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to just continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk

A. That’s common with kids so what you do is hold the hand of your child and make your child walk with support let your child be firm in working with support and then your child is going to learn slowly gradually that how to walk without support it is just a matter of time
