By preparing different varieties of vegetables to their child by teaching your child how important vegetables are by giving different varieties of it to them by giving a knowledge of vegetables to the child so slowly the child is going to pick up initially it is a tough work with some kids to teach them to eat but if you keep trying things will definitely work in your way
