Have small and frequent meals
Do not skip breakfast
Include protein like paneer, dal, sprouts, oats, eggs, soya, milk, curd in every meal that is lunch bf and dinner
Reduce the intake of bakery products, sugary drinks, fried and sweet food
Start your meal with a glass of chia seed water or flaxseeds powder and bowl of salad or fruit
Start walking if 6 months is over for c section
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be doing walki g and excercise which can help reduce your belly and also you should have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and you should even be doing abdominal exercise which can also help to reduce your weight n belly
