A. during teething, which can begin as early as 3 months, infants may experience itching, pain, drooling, swollen gums, irritability, and crying.gently massaging the gums, providing a clean pacifier or cold cloth to bitec, and offering paracetamol for severe pain are common remedies. long-term daily use of painkillers, whether homeopathic or allopathic, is generally not recommended.
