ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 months agoA. Namaste Mom AS the baby is mostly dependent on the mother's feed it would be ideal that you have a healthy diet as such , and prefer to have a filling meal before baby feed time as that would then ensure good quality feed and help in weight gain
