#asktheexperts how to increase my breast milk so that formula can be stopped fully?

A. My baby's both legs are still not getting straight, it's still bend like at birth time. how my baby's leg will become straight? bend between knee and ankle. is massage helpful in this?

A. Hello good afternoon !! Include lactating foods - Papaya (raw papaya curry ,poppy seeds,garlic in curries,rusk,bread toast ,saunf water, garlic in milk,mutton keema . These foods along with good amout of water helps in good breast milk production.
