for Healthy weight gain,you can offer whole milk.
one year old child has a small stomach ,so it fills up quickly and eats less food per meal then an older child or adult .so boost your child caloric intake by offering regular snacks ,you can offer two or three snacks per day.
you can offer boiled mashed chickpea,paneer paratha ,mashed banana ,apple etc to your child.
