A. Consume dates, oats, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

A. U Should definitely include good proteins and fibre into your daily diet along with that you should have about 4 to 5 L of water all other liquids including in a day because that’s going to help in building is good breastfeeding and it’s very important that you also take support from lactation supplements after consulting your doctor about it
