shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello devar along with controlling the screen time of the child it's very important to healthy and nutritional diet to the child you can also consult with your doctor for the supplements if required and you can even try a home remedy you can take almonds black pepper and Kuja Mishri grind them into the powder form by taking them in the equal amount give this one spoon daily to the child with warm milk for 40 days
