Namaste Mom, Prefer home made fresh foods and natural foods as well, avoid any sort of short cuts, as far as your child is active for his age and also eating well no worries, You may probably give them fresh fruit milk shakes, also you could give dry fruits , nuts & seed , legumes such as rajma , chana, lobia etc , panner, ghee, soya, stuff paranthas etc , eggs
