Hello dear parent, usually when child is anemic, the skin look pale colour, lack of energy, irritable mostly, etc. You should keep your child child's diet balanced with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Must give seasonal fruits to eat. As that really helps in filling y up this deficiency. Also consult with your paediatric.
