#asktheexperts how to express more milk in pump when the breast has become soft? im facing difficulty to express more since my son is demanding more. Thanks

A. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day which would be very good for you to enhancing your lactation for your child and hopefully this way you will be able to have more lactation to feed your child
