A. From the beginning only you should give proper flavoured food to the child by adding salt and spices and with time what you eat from the age of 8 to 9 months you should start introducing these things and from the time of nine months so from the beginning only if you give everything to the child and even if the child does not want to eat don’t surrender keep trying that is how you can develop a healthy food habit to the child and child would learn to eat each and everything from the beginning itself
