A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question if you are feeling weak it's best to check if change your diet will help add a lot of water and fruits and vegetables to your diet the more the raw vegetables the better you would feel and also if you see no improvement then you can reach out to your doctor who can recommend if any blood test are needed also don't forget to get some amount of physical activity in your daily routine
