Hello ma’am Whenever you finish breastfeeding your child either a plywood amount of Boroline or Vaseline on to it and leave it for a while and whenever the neck speed is there then just clean it properly with soap or something and then again feed the child and then again put it so basically after every feed you should be putting it will probably get good results in a day or two that way
