AAMom of 2 children3 years agoA. keep them busy with some activities like colouring, painting, or with some sport... playing outdoors.. give them tasks to do ... so that they can spend the energy....

You basically have to work over channelising their energy that is how situation is going to be favourable for You Yash to make sure that your child is busy doing some or the other activity because that is how you can actually channelise the energy of the child
