#asktheexperts how should i gain weight. i hav become very lean and thin ?

A. Hello mom you can take healthy foods such as eggs if you prefer , dry fruits and nuts , milk, panner , ghee can be used in your meals , also you may opt for variety of dals , roti , rice , stuff paranthas, with panner or potatoes , milk shakes with fresh fruits , sago , soya etc
