A. Give one boiled egg per day. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give plain nuts to eat like almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, raisins and walnuts. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give brown rice and ragi. Always make sure that your kid washes his or her hands for protection against Covid 19. Please keep a hand sanitizer handy. Check Babyhug Alcohol Based Hand Sanitiser : It kills 99.9% germs within 30 seconds. It provides rinse free and rapid disinfection. It is enriched with glycerin to moisturise your hands.
