AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Babies they gain around 200 gms per week in the first month and half kgs every month till six months. Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year. By two months the weight should be anywhere between 4-6 kgs
