A. hi, fruits and vegetables are important part of diet, try to give one fruit per day to ur kid, n offer all traditional food like roth sabji , dal chawal to ur baby.

A. hi parent you may give her couple of fruits and couple of vegetable s please make sure to give her rhe same in puree or mesh or boiled form some fruuts can be given In the form of juices smoothie etc. please use soups as wrl
