Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl1 day agoA. The standard says that 30 ML of water +1 Flat scoop of milk is meant to be given so it is 60 ML then it is going to be two scoops and for 90 ML it is going to be three scoops if you read the packet carefully you’ll have a better understanding of it
