Uma RamMom of 2 children1 day agoA. Hello good afternoon !! As the baby is 8 months old ,give semi solid foods 3 meals
Break fast,lunch and early dinner by 5 pm.
Fruits and vegetable purie,mash,cerelac and
porridge, kichdi, curd rice ,idly ,malts are suggested with plain taste .
Avoid sugar,salt,oil,honey in baby foods until one year.
