ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 days agoA. dear mum, you can give egg to your baby from 6-7 months onwards once your baby gets used to plant based foods such as fruits, veg, grains, pulses and cereal.

Uma RamMom of 2 children5 days agoA. Hello good evening !! Egg and meat are suggested after one year as babies can't digest heavy foods. As the baby is 6 months old,start semi solid foods once or twice a day ,rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk every two hours. Cerelac,fruit and vegetable purie or mash,kichdi are suggested to feed.
