Q.

#asktheexperts how many days it will take to get back normal uterus size after delivery... I feel a pressure at the abdomen. Is it normal?

A. I Just hope your doctor has advised you to go ahead with Keagle exercises because that is what is going to help exercises really helps a lot in building up your vaginal muscles of the vaginal muscles and helps in settling the uterus down as well so I think you should start doing that
