#asktheexperts how long will take to get periods after delivery ?? and tieing belt or cloth must to reduce belly ?

Yes it helps to tuck in the loose belly.
Tying saree is better than belt.
Secondly there is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late and as late as one year. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular.
